how long before you added sps?

My first reef was in 1986 and I gave it 6 months. The Frag tank I just set up was 8 days after water, salt, rock and TurboStart. I love that stuff. Used on my last few reefs (or would that be reeves????)

My 75 display was 9 days, but I cheated...I had every piece of rock in totes with heat, water movement and good lighting, or it was from my existing 29, so it was already fully cycled and was growing coralline, and the sand was quite alive too....(and I used TurboStart there too)

i set up a 125 in a week but dont recomend it. not that it dident do well but got real fuzzy for a while untill the tang kicked it into high gear.if you arent in a hurry id let it settle out the 4-6 month mark is good. mabe add some zoas if you like them get them growing to keep you from freaking out like i usualy do.or anything you like realy thats hardy and wont take over your tank.
