How long could a new tank sit on storage??

Would anybody know or have knowledge on how long a sealed tank could sit in storage for? How long are the seals good for in let's say a basement environment in a house, receives no sunlight, temp around 65 to 70 degrees and average house humidity probably 30%. I would think years.

As long as it's in climate controlled storage, a long time. Probably long enough to not worry about it. Multiple years.

Not if its climate controlled. I would think they would be fine.
