How long does prazi eating bacteria last?

About 2–3 years ago, I added some Prazi to my tank for about two weeks. I’m planning on adding it again, but I’m worried that the Prazi-eating bacteria might still be in the tank. How long does it last?

I know from personal experience it can persist at least 5 to 6 months. This paper also seems to allude to that all nature tanks have more ability to degrade PZQ:
