Hello everyone! I am looking for some help with Bumblebee snails. I have a 150 gallon Acro tank and Vermitids are starting to become an issue. They are casting their webs over pieces. I am looking to add some Bumblebee snails and I have a couple questions.

I seen mixed reviews on them eating corals. Will or are they known to eat SPS, specifically Acropora?

What quantity would be good to start with? I ordered 25 and I am starting to think I ordered way to many. I see reviews that they will go after other snails and I feel with 25 then it will be a massacre. Is 25 too much or should I go with somewhere around 5-10?

My bumblebees have never touched corals...or vermetids.
My suggestion is just squeeze some super glue into their tubes.

Mine have never harmed my corals. I have seen them blazing through my zooanthids, but they never caused any harm. They were just cleaning up.

I had vermitds in my 29g and added 2 bumblebee snails. They took care of it. I did not see another vermitid tube pop-up.

25 might be too much once the vermitid problem is in check. They prey on other snails.
