I am starting a 75 gallon reef ready tank with a head height of 4.75'. I am looking for a return pump but don't know how many gph and which ones are proven quiet and reliable? I will be having mixed sps and lps corals and anenomes as well as fish.

I've always heard 10x system size. So 750. Then you can fine tune based on coral preferences with lock lines and powerheads.

I use a DCT4000 as my return pump @1200+ gph. It's a DC pump so you can control the speed of the pump. Mines dead quiet.

I like to use the 3x to 5x the display volume through the sump.
The Sicce Syncra Silent 2.0 would get you in that range. A Tunze 1073.020 will too, as well as the Eheim 1260

But the return volume is also dependent on what the drain can handle.
What size drain will it have?
