How many LED lights on a single 20AMP Dedicated Circuit

I have a dedicated 20 AMP circuit, my plan was to run all my lights on this 1 Circuit. (12x LED Lights)

The Light is rated at 220W, but I've been monitoring one of them over the day on my profile, and it peaks at 157W.

12 X 157 = 1884, that's below the 80% of a 20 AMP circuit of 1920W, but it's a bit too close for comfort, and also, I'm not sure if there's a rule that says I need to factor in the full 220W of the Light fixture for safety reasons?

I guess you could always cut your lights back 5-10% for an increased margin?

Yes. Go with the full 220W to be safe. Are you figuring 2 amps each? 220Watts/110Volts = 2 amps. So that would be 24 amps. However, most things don't use the maximum amps listed on the label. The main thing is the outlet, wire, and breaker are sized correctly. If they are, the breaker would pop if the current is too much.
