how many Leds for a nem tank?

How many 3 watt bridgelux leds would be good to grow RBTA's in a 10 gallon tank? I was thinking 2 cluster of 5 diods with a mix of blue/white? What do you guys think?will it be overkill? Keep in mind they may be multiple nems in each tank.:xd:

I think the no replies is because an RBTA is not recommended for a 10g tank. RBTAs require very stable conditions to thrive. However YMMV.
