How much for this orange shoulder tang?

Would you say this is the dominant fish in the tank? I have had one for a year that has grown only about an inch and has gone from yellow to a dusky yellow with the dividing line but hasn’t gone grey yet. There’s a very large dominant blue tang in the tank. Tank is large at 500 gal.

Yeah for sure the most dominant fish. 2 years ago I added 9 tangs at the same time and this orange shoulder was the smallest out of all the tangs. Immediately I knew it would be a fast grower bc of the amount of food it was consuming.
