How much is it to drill and put an overflow on a 75 gallon tank?

I paid $20/per at a local glass shop to drill my 60gl Cube and it is about $100-150 for an acrylic overflow box.

You can diy by buying a diamond hole saw bit( got mine off of ebay). I drilled three holes in my tank and one in my sump. Cost for the bit was less than 20 and built my own internal c2c overflow out of plexiglass.

Check out Glass-Holes.com. They're great overflows, come with everything you need, and are inexpensive.

make sure that the bottom of that 75 is not tempered. MOST ARE.

Yes yes yes.

Before even thinking about drilling this needs to be checked out.

If you don't feel safe drilling or have it drilled. Look into CPR overflow box. I used one for 2.5 yrs with no problem. Just make sure the aqualift tubing is black to keep alge out and clean it every 1-3months.

I can also drill it if need to be or you can use my bits.

LifeReef makes a great overflow box as well. Very silent and tested!
