I'm pulling my hair out with NO3 still rising with only 2 light feeds a day and dosing NOPOX at 3.6ml per day for over 2 months and NO3 still rising
I've managed to get NO3 to 30 from 60 after 2 weeks of 20 liter WC every other day. I've even upped my dosing to 4.5ml per day and still NO3 is rising.
So how much NOPOX do I need to dose and how much before it causes me issues

30 gal I have been dosing the specified 3.6ml for probably 2 months. There is no mention on the bottle about how to increase or if there's any major issues with increasing
Yes I have a skimmer and it's working
PO4 yesterday was .08 by NYOS test
I was using salifert test but found that near useless for low PO4

So I had nitrates upwards of 80 plus. I used the NOPox dose chart provided by somebody on this forum and it has worked wonders. I’m on week 12 and my nitrates are now at 8.7. Just google NOPox dose chart. It takes time but it works.

As I said I have been dosing required 3.6ml for over 2 months and recently upped dose to 4.5.

I have search for NOPOX dosing charts to no avail. I can find dosing charts for vinegar only

I just used the dosage on the bottle and it worked fine. You need to be skimming wet to pull out the nitrates.
Skimmer cup every day or so

Just up dosage every week .5 ml. Once you get nitrates where you want back off the dose by half of what you are dosing to maintain.
