How much phos dose at once?

Started needing to dose phosphates again. I never really asked, but how much of a dose is “good” at once?

I have a mixture of rodi and monopotassium phosphate 500ml to 3 grams. Using the planted tanks calculator that works out to a 0.06ppm for each 1ml dose.
Currently sitting at 6 ppb (yes billion) with Hanna ulr checker. I’ve been dosing 0.5 ml every other day for about a week and no noticeable difference.
So how many ppm/ppb are you dosing at once to raise your phosphates? Is there a “that’s too much at once” amount?
Ps I don’t have any filtration other than coarse filter pads. Nitrates sitting at 10ppm consistently with a water change once a month or so.

I'd up the dose until you get to your target level. A lot of it can be binding to rock and sand when you are actively trying to raise levels. After a while you may be able to back down the dose again.

I’m concerned with dosing too much as once and freaking out corals. If I’m putting 0.03ppm in the tank once every few days now, is it reasonable I could put in 0.06ppm daily until I see the change?
I guess I’m wondering how much phos at once will affect the tank negatively. Or is that not something to worry about.

So far I’ve been able to dose 6ml at once, once a week or so of the mixture I made. I’ve added chaeto to address a high (25ish) nitrate issue and it’s been going well. I noticed the addition of chaeto drastically cuts down on nitrate and phosphate so that’s where I am currently.
