Edit title: how much par for hammer corals

I recently added a aquatic life hybrid to my 2 hydra26 HD’s because I didn’t feel like I was getting enough light. Now my one hammer that was doing fine just not growing much is now showing tissue regression.
With just the hydras that area is getting 120 par, with both it’s now 250. I am only running the t5s for 2 hours a day right now I wanted to slowly add hours.
so is this just too much light for it?
