I was wondering if someone can help figure out what's going on with my hammer and candy cane coral. They've been in my tank for a couple of months now, around 6. The hammers polyps are looking different and not as uniform, wonder if it's splitting or if it is normal. My candy cane has been doing better, the sides have opened up more but the top seems to still be melting. I've changed the location with more and less light, and more and less flow. I can't seem to get the candy cane happy.

thanks for the help ahead of time!

Looks pretty good to me, try watching closely at night when the lights go out to see anything bothering them and check to see if there is any signs of flesh receding at the base. Water change if you are still worried after a few days.
