I very rarely feed my corals, but for mushrooms and zoa's I feed them reef roids, they seem to like it.

Usually suggested to not feed more than 3 times a week, never 2 days feeding in a row. They digest very slow, if you feed more before they digest then they pack more food on top of uneaten food, and they rot from the inside.

You can feed the roids to increase phosphates. I would feed every other day.

The shrooms like bigger pieces of food, spot feed weekly.

Or just cast feed daily if you have fish.
