:lol: What did you have to do for the assesment?

so the wii fitness thing, is like this platform that you have to stand on. it measures your weight, and then calculated your BMI based on your age (which is not entirely accurate b/c muscle is more dense than fat obviously).

then it tells you to do all of balance tests (i.e. standing on 1 foot and holding it). it can sense the areas of your foot which have the most pressure while standing, so it could essentially tell if you are flat footed or have a high arch.

then you go through all of these game type things that measure your reaction speed, and changing your balance from one foot to the other. its actually a bit complicated.

then once you have your calculated age, you can start the game. and the game has lots of features like yoga, pillates, and other random crap i've never tried....lol

btw....i don't personally have the wii fit system, i just tried it out over at a friends place.

I just turned 39 in June......I join a new crowd next year, the big 40. I feel wierd because I just went to a gathering of friends, some of them I have known since kindergarden, that was ..1975? Some of the folks at the party were older than me and were the kids who picked on us younger kids. It really freaks me out that the kids who wanted to steal lunch money are now talking to me about cholestrol.

LOL i think that would make me a lil weird, i got lucky growing up with five brothers and us all playing sports i never really got picked on....except when my two older brothers got me BAD in freshman friday!!!
