Just a random thought. While I was looking at 'What's New' I noticed an ad at the top from VCA. I noticed that 'Random Flow Generator' was trademarked. Now I know practically nothing about how trademarks work but how did they mange to trademark a term we have been using for decades? Don't get me wrong I like VCA and I use their nozzles but somehow it seems wrong to allow anyone to trademark 'Random Flow Generator'. The idea has been around a very long time and I'm not about to add a TM symbol every time I post about the idea. VCA did not originate the concept.

I would think it was due to it being a brand name.
I guess that makes sense it just seems wrong somehow as we've been calling things random flow generators for years. I don't know what else they could have called it though.-'The Randomizer'? It's kind of like if Kleenex decided to trade mark 'Facial Tissue'.
