How should I place powerhead

I have a nano tank bout to set up where should I place power head middle level of tank facing up on the other side from the hob or at the top level of the tank I’m lost and how many pounds of live rock do you guys think I should add just a 10g standard not cube

I’d go for 8-10 lbs live rock, powerhead depends on coral needs. Top pointing towards surface for agitation is usually good
