Okay.
The aquapod has been set up and has had live rock in (just a few pieces) for a couple of weeks. Some of the rics for the "project" including a beautiful rock from ReefGoddess are languishing in my display tank just waiting for their new home. The aquapod shows no signs of cycling. Water parameters are fine with the live rock. My question is How Soon??
How soon before I dare add some rics to aquapod. I've never had a tank go this long without developing a diatom haze or some other outward sign of cycling. How soon?? Do I give it an even month and start slowly adding rics. How soon???
Can you tell I'm antsy??
Just looking for advice.

A small amount but not enough IMO to make a difference in cycling. Now the bioload is only the microfauna from a couple of rocks so MAYBE its gone thru its little cycle already?? Don't know. This ones got me stumped. Water (with a little tank water) has been in for a month and the rock for two or three weeks.
