How does the flow look on my frammer and Goni, too much, or just right?

Here is a video I did of a frag from a larger torch coral. I put it in the shade and strong flow as an experiment because had no where else to put it. It is doing fine, little dark in color compared to the “main colony”, but it has adapted to both conditions which seem suboptimal.
I think you can see how much flow corals can take?

 
That’s a pretty torch. I bumped up 2 more settings higher and both are still looking good.
