I currently have a 32g biocube tank with 2 black storm clowns and a boxfish. I am wondering how to breed them in a new tank. They have also bonded already at the fish store

Separate special tank and food will be required. Also will need time and good conditions for them to actually lay eggs.

You may want to do an Internet search for "Pickles Guide to Breeding Clownfish".

Additionally, @Reef Nutrition has a whole line of food for clownfish fry from rotifers all the way through medium pellets which is what many commercial and hobbyist breeders use.

TDO Chroma BOOST

Depending on their age it can be a while until they start spawning. With some species (percula especially) it may take years. Best thing you can do for now is to feed them well to get them into the mood.
