How to catch file fish?

Hi

How to catch file fish in a 150g? Even in total darkness that thing goes and hides behind the rocks even at the tiniest disturbance, I don't know how to catch him!

Do I use red light, blue light and I don't think he'll be lured into a fish trap....

Fish trap works wonders. You want to place food in it and allow it to enter and eat freely day one and day two. Now you have built trust, day 3 drop the trap door

I got mine with a net out of my 180 while everyone was feeding.

The trick is to get him out in the open.

He was not fast or agile.

Used one net to chase, the other to capture.

The problem I did run into is the spine had a hook which got stuck in the net. Had to cut the net to get him out.
