How to create a new build thread?

How do I create a new build thread? I'm setting up a new tank and will be combining two others into it. Would like to document, but not on my redsea 250 build thread.

If you click on Forums a list of all of the subcategories comes up. Scroll about half way down to Members Aqurium Discussion. The first heading under that is Member Tanks. That’s where you can start your journal.
