I'm using the XF 250, and the constant flow option. I have a few programs set up, so that it changes flow rate throughout the day. Say from 10%, to 20%, to 30%, back to 20%, and then back to 10%.

It works, but the ramp between the different flows is not very smooth at all. It goes from 10%, stops completely, than restarts a split second later at 20%. Same of cause when it changes from 20% to 30%. Its more like 20% -> 0% -> 30%.

When you use pulsating mode, it will go smooth from one flow rate to another. Why can't it do the same in constant flow mode?

It startles the fish, every time it switches from one flow rate to another having to stop, then restart at another flow rate. I want it to go from 10% to 20%, without going to 0% first.

Any suggestions?
