How to get fish to eat pellets?

My Clownfish and two chromis wont eat pellets even if I soak them in water for like 7 minutes. The pellets are Fauna Marin Soft Clownfish pellets. They'll only eat frozen foods. What can I do to make them eat pellets?

Been on and off for the past 2 weeks. Every other day right now(trying to get rid of a hair algae problem)

Might just take more time.

Do you turn the pumps off when feeding? My fish like to chase the food down like it was live. When the pumps were off they had less feeding reaction. Might try just a random pellet here and there until they taste it. Not more than 1 or 2 if they aren't eating it, especially since you already have an algae issue.

I keep the pumps on when I feed. They do taste the pellets but then just spit them back out. Should I try soaking in selcon or garlic?

Don't try to feed pellets until the fish recognize you as the food provider, come to the top of the tank to beg, and eat the food as soon as it hits the water.

Once they do this mix a few pellets with the mysis, but use less mysis per feeding. This may take a few attempts, but will eventually work. Then cut down on mysis even more.

This worked for my Clowns and even my flasher wrasse.
