I have a colony of zoas that are being overtaken by my Montipora colony. Once in a while I'll see one that has bailed off the rock being pushed around by the flow.

How should I go about resettling the zoas? Should I used a mushroom cage and put the zoas on some shells/crush coral and hope it attaches? Or can I glue the base of the zoas to a frag (but use minimal glue and make sure to only glue the base)?

Good trouble: Have mushrooms ever become pests in your aquarium?
