What is the best , easy, cheap way to dose Nitrates?

How do I increase no3 without increasing po4...?

Since over feeding, stopping vodka, stopping skimmer etc only increases both and assists HA growth.

My alk 9 dkh
Salinity 1.025
No3 zero
Po4 .05 ppm
Mg I forgot but in normal range.

My sw is too clean corals aren't growing at all!
Please advise

By far the best choice for nitrate dosing is food grade or ACS reagent grade sodium nitrate (e.g., from Amazon).

It is far cheaper than the Brightwell product described above and is of known composition and purity (unlike the Brightwell).

Would you dose this in the same manner/directions as the Brightwell stuff?

I'm not sure what Brightwell recommends, but I'd dose 2-3 ppm per day, adjusting as you need to to get about where you want to be.
