How to kill aiptasia effectively

1 year back, I had added baby Melanerous in a tank eith 3 Peppermint and 3 Cleaner shrimp and all lived together for months fine, then all Peppermint and Cleaner disappeared. I never saw the Melanerous harassing nor did I ever see any remains of shrimps. So I can't say anything for sure.

I got rid of Melanerous and added yellow corris wrasse. And new Cleaner and Peppermint shrimps. All good as of now. It's been 3 months.
