How to link 4 phosban reactors 150?

Hey guys, I just bought 4 phosban 150 reactors for a great deal!! I need some help on how to link them all together so I can only use 1 pump and not 4 pumps? Give me your thoughts??

Use flexible tube connect them in series. Outlet of one to inlet of other.
Or make manifold
