How to prepare branch rock from ocean

I recently got back from vacation and have 6 frag size/branch rocks that I found in the ocean. I have done this in the passed and just put them right into the main tank. Horror stories have taught me this may be a bad idea. Here is my plan to prepare them to go into my frag tank. Any suggestions would be helpful.

Bake for a hour at 350 to kill parasites... Etc

Soak in a bucket, hydrogen peroxide/rodi for a week

Soak in a bucket, normal salt water

Or you could just bleach (can't remember the ratio)them. Followed up with an ro bath with de-chlorinator. Shoud be easier and won't stink up your oven. Also, I believe they need to air dry for a few days. I'll see if I can find the exact info...

Ok, I looked it up on our local forum. The ratio is 1 part bleach to 10 parts tap water... soak overnight and let airdry... you could probably soak it ro then saltwater just to be on the safe side.

I heard that after you cook it and to wash it thoroughly with vinegar and then put it in a bucket with saltwater with powerheads for a week changing the water half way thru the week. a 50% WC
