From here your samples are sent to our Lab in Germany several times a week.

I placed an order on 11-07-23 in the ICP1999.com site and try to communicated with the you guys via the web page contact info. Still haven't received the items and or any respond to the emails sent. Will really want to know how or where I can make contact to someone to know the status of the order. 24 days already and still waiting for a response or the items to arrive.

HI , I am back from my trip and check your Order, The Order was send at the 11-28 and the tracking showed a delievery at the 12-4. Its a long transport time actually with USPS it seemed. So i hope you get all now. Best adress to reach us is actual the [email protected]

I have sent my last two test to the Slidell address.

it is most definitely confusing. apparently i sent to the wrong address but the shipping label that is in the box itself, says the address i sent too. you would think the label included in the box would be the right one. unless its an old box i recieved that sat on the store shelf a long time. but also the address on their website under "shipping directions" shows the address i sent to as well lol. but apparently on the registration page is the correct address. but i still havnt seen the correct address yet, still looking for it.

fortunately the help line is actual very responsive and timely. thankfully.

Hi , We especially add the actual Adress on the frontsite, Its possible that there are some Tests with the Houston Adress , this is normaly also working quite good. But the newer adress is the fastest.
