Hello all

I've been preparing a 10 L of kalk solution and I dose during the nights using my APEX and it lasts 6 days ( 1.6 L day).
Ive been noticing traking my tank pH that during the firsts 2 or 3 days after preparing my kalk solution that it boster de pH as expected but next nights the pH doesn't increase as when the solution is new.
I know that my kalk solution reacts with air and loose the "power" and I would like to know if is there a way to monitor this solution eficiency like tracking pH and as I use a peristaltic pump if should I keep it hermetic close to minimize the air exposure.
Many thanks

I suppose you could pretty easily use a ph probe in the kalk soloution.

Just seal the lid.
