Was looking to shut down my basement fish room that also housed a sump for my 180g one floor above. Basically after 10 years with even commercial inline venting installed, mold has taken over besides all my tools rusting.
So I was looking at a few sumps to put under my 180g and narrowed the choices down to a few that have some covers for sections, spill over design for socks and dual inlet design:

1) IceCap Reef Sump 36"x18"x16" $359 - love the built in top off reservoir, don't love the 1" inlets that I will need to reduce down from 1.5", not crazy about the 4" socks. Like the XL version but 23.5" is a bit deep unfortunately.

2) Eshopps Gen3 R300 36"x16"x16" $349 - only one 1" inlets so I don't know if this would even work but it does utilize a 7" sock. Definitely do not like where the return pump is situated.

3) Leviathan Reef 36"x15"x15" $475 - again 1" inlets unless you get the 45" design. Has interchangeable sock plates for dual 4" or single 7" which is a plus, 3 year warranty.
