how would you light this tank?
I'm planning to upgrade the lighting in my 29 gallon 30" x 12" x 18"

how would you light it?

will 24" fixtures work? will I have to find a way to mount it... like 2 Plexiglas strips for it to sit on?

I was thinking either quad t-5 or maybe MH. would a single 150w/250w retro fit be over kill or will it even light the whole thing? I'm going to be making a custom stand and canopy for it so if the MH will work how high should the fixture be off of the water?

Thanks for any help you can give.

DIY LED's all the way. Cree XP-G's (about 20 of them) in the 8000K range, and then 10-15 of the XR-E's in blue.
