Located in Wisconsin and running a 55 gallon Reef tank with mostly LPS and some fish for about 4 years now.
Decided to finally upgrade to a 180 gallon tank and I’m now in the process of setting it all up. Figured it would be good to finally get an account here cause I’m sure I’ll run into some trouble along the way.

Tank comes later this week hopefully. I’ve so far set up a 6 stage RO filter with a booster pump instead of running to the LFS for water. Cut out the carpet under the tank and put in vinyl plank. Since I’ll be running the tank parallel to the rafters, I did a bit of supporting in the basement too.

Hopefully I’ll be all ready to go one it comes!
Anyways, I’m looking forward to meeting people and learning more about the hobby!

...or cheer you on and commiserate when things don’t go as planned! :)

Welcome to Reef2Reef! Great looking tank, it will be exciting to see where the new tank takes you. Definitely time to start a build thread so we can all follow along!
