These creatures taste just no difference from ordinary crabs, together with ways to cook and ways to eat. By the way, there is fried anemone as well.

I just think of crack open those legs and shells and get to the juicy sweet meat.

I wonder if they have the same eatables meat as a lobster of the same weight?

Fried anemone? What's even left after you fry them, they are waterbags
As well as jelly fish. Stir fried with vegetables, herbs and spice. As you mentioned, they should not be over-cooked to dry off. Cooking temperature and time were controlled to keep them juicy. Sometimes they are eaten freshly. Yes, they have toxin in body so fisherman picks those less toxic species.

Similar but different taste and texture. Like shrimp to crab to lobster. Similar but different.
