Hydor Smart Level ATO Ststem dosing Kalkwater

Have any of you used the hydor smart level ato to dose kalk to your aquarium, seeing how it adds a little more water less frequently I was wondering if anyone has had any bad spikes in ph or and good runs using this system and input would be greatly appreciated

Hey,

You can use an ATO to dose kalk, but best to feed thru a stirrer. Usually it works safely dosing with the amount of RO added. But you would want to test daily for the first few weeks just to be sure You are not overdosing.
