Just up and stopped working on me, no lights on the system but the one on the power supply is. Any suggestions, is it fixable?
I had all Channels running on it early this morning just to take a look and it died on me

Unplug 5 mins and hold the reset button in. Assure your phone is connected to the light and light is listed on the app

Hydra has LED indicator on the side. It flashes different colors to help troubleshoot. Start there. Post what you observe, or a video.

On which side?
I feel like my indicator light is on the back, and it’s not lighting up at all.

Do you have more than one light that you can swap power cables? Just because the light on the power brick is on, doesn't mean it's sending out power, only that it's receiving power from your wall outlet.

It's right by the power cord plug. Between the power and the reset button. If it's not lighting up at all, you either have a problem with the power supply or the light. Unplug the power cord and check for any visible corrosion.
If the light on the power supply stays on, it's probably not the power supply. The power supply light does indicate the DC voltage is being produced by the PSU.
My bet is either on corrosion at the power plug or some internal damage on the light itself.

If it turns out to be the light itself, PM me. I may be able to help fix it.
