Hydra 32 Bluetooth error?

I'm trying to set up 2 Hydra 32s (bought used by someone who only ran them for 3 months. He showed me they both worked fine).

I got one to connect fine. But I keep getting an error message whenever trying to connect the other one.
What do I do?

I did the hard reset. Where you unplug from power source, hold button, plug back in and release. Still not connecting

You may need to erase it from the app too.

I have this issue too with a Second hand light - one of them does this. It works if you turn it on from the button and I've also tried the reset. Did you have any luck with it?
