One of my AI Hydra 32hd's is all red. Anyone ever had this problem?

Top Shelf Aquatics
Took cover off and motherboard was loose.
Yesterday I had a problem with one of them not connecting to anything. Same thing, loose motherboard.
Need to do better AI!!!
