You’re yellow eyed Kole has/Had Ich Velvet would have killed in 2-3 days. If it died ( and I did not read your entire thread) that quickly it may have had velvet too. Usually, you don’t see the spots with velvet just erratic swimming into power heads and rapid breathing.

The tang did not make it. Gave in a few hours after this video. Lost Blenny, pair of clowns, flame angle and a pair of Anthias since Wednesday. I got a hawkish a anthia and a goby hanging on.
