Hydra 32's

Hey,

So I have 3 Hydra 32's got them new. Two of the 3 are giving me problems.
One shows up in the app as a Prime 16, the other blinks Red and Blue and does not show up in the app to add.
I've done the reset on each. I'm not sure what else to do. Has anyone solved either of these issues before?
I've contacted support, but I'm not expecting much since I've had the lights just sitting for 3 years.
