Hydra 52 HD Percentages and Duration

Hi,
I just set up my 130g and I just installed 3 Hydra 52 HDs and I wanted to know what you guys run in terms of spectrum percentages at and how long.
It is a 130g 24" deep and it will be a mixed reef with sps, lps, zoas, and mushrooms. The lights are mounted 12" above the tank.
