How to get rid of hydroids?? They're all over live rock I got from someone. They're not colonial. Any help would be appreciated!!

Hah, I have a bunch in my 30g in my closet. I used to have them in my main tanks sump but moved things out of the sump for room. I don't know anything about them but look like cool little creatures.

So it turns out this is an algae... bryopsis to be exact. Thanks for the help, but now I got some work to do....great lol

Oh doo doo! That's a bummer lol is that what bryopsis looks in the beginning??
Never had bryopsis before, when it came on plugs I immediately placed 2 hermits on it to go to town haha

Bryopsis looks like a fern that is an algae. It has some snap to it like a carrot when you pull it off the LR. If you had bryopsis a lettuce eating nudibranch would have been suggested. What you have is 100% not bryopsis like salty film said. I will try and dig around the net. See what comes up close, because I would like to know what those different things are.
It almost looks like it is raining star fish

What I had was Bryopsis i knew once it took over my tank. I overcame it with Flucon.
