Just wondering if anyone is into hydroponics? I just started some lettuce, herbs and peppers using the kratky method and I am amazed at how fast they are growing! Just thought I'd share some photos in case anyone is interested!

Looking good, make sure you use hydroguard or hygrozyme to keep those roots nice and white :)

I've thought about it, but haven't had much the time to set something up.

Get a big tub full of goldfish and turn it into an aquaponics system. Also thought of doing that with my pond, but also, time. Bleh.

Before I was really into reef tanks my hobby was hydroponics. I am actually working on some very legal hydroponics systems here in Massachusetts once we have our state license. :)

Neither of those are needed, I never used them for the years I did hydro.

Kratky method hydroponics

Nice - actually just started getting into in a couple weeks ago. I haven't been successful with Kratky; both plants started to show root rot / no growth. My Ghost pepper in a DWC roots are blowing up, so I'm converting to DWC. The leaves are curling downward, so I suspect my GH-Flora nutrients are too strong.
