Not sure what is going on.. I have two Hydros Wave units... one runs and does not go off line.. the other every night at around 9 pm goes off line - disconnects from my home wifi and in the morning comes back on... I have checked the app and do not see how that can be.. here is the email i get in the am

"Device has been offline for too long (since 3/11/2025, 9:04:00 PM)"

Have you checked to be sure its not your wifi going off line -or another component your wifi at home (router, etc). Could your Internet provider be doing something. Maybe this will help;

This caught my eye: "These devices (mesh network) are smart enough to switch back and forth between 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks to ensure the connection between all pods is stable. The problem is that when the network switches from 2.4GHz to 5GHz, it essentially disconnects any device that is 2.4GHz ONLY, such as HYDROS. "

That is what I am thinking... its weird though.. because my network does NOT go down.. I have two Hydros wave and only one this happens to.. other no issue. And rest of the systems in my house are all good... Unless the network router ect is specifically doing something with this one device.. ?

Maybe give customer service a call? I know you can set certain things in the controller - but I cant quite see how this could cause that

I use a netgear wifi extender for this same reason
