I recently added a KHG to my tank and am having trouble getting readings to display correctly on my Hydros.

I have this connected to my X4 through a pH probe port and the AIM module.

The problem is it only shows one single data point and seems to overwrite that single data point each time a test is processed. It will not record or update the time when a new test is done, but just overwrite the existing one dated a few days ago.

I have tried deleting the input and re-adding the device but it is still not updating. I also have ensured my KHG is working correctly and the time and Alk readings all are good.

I also have a support ticket in with Hydros but have not received an answer yet

How often are you running the test? My manual test which are done once a week I have to set it to days instead of minutes to see any data much. I do the alkalinity test on my iV every 6 hrs so that one shows ok on minutes witch is the default setting when the graphs come up.

I test every 4 hours. Even if I change the option there it still only shows one data point

how many days has it been running? It needs several data points before the graphs will generate ok. Here is mine.

I have been running it a few days and thought I would have enough data points. What’s odd is that the Hydros keeps saying the new data is from two days ago instead of creating a new data point each time.

Sorry looks like it replied to the wrong message
Have you submitted a support ticket with CoralVue for the issue you are having? Also does the actual input have the correct sample displayed when you look. The second input tile is the results of my last test in the iV.

I have a support ticket in but haven’t heard from anyone yet (they’re usually pretty quick). Thought I’d reach out here in the meantime

Yeah the tile is correct it just seems like the data isn’t plotting or saving on the graph for some reason

Another thing to try is rebooting the wifi master if it is a collective and if it is a single controller reboot the controller for graphing issues.

I updated all firmware and rebooted and that seemed to work!! It is now plotting multiple data points as expected

Awesome thank you so much @n2585722
