Hydros server location

Does anyone know this? The reason I ask is because the new system I set up for the local ISD is designed to use Ecotech and Apex. The problem is that the schools internet security system is blocking access because the server is located in China. Looking forward I don’t see issues with China getting easier. We are working to find a work around but just in case I may have to redesign the system to use a platform that is US or at least European based server.
