Hydros water solenoid running past timer?

I just set this up yeaterday. I set up my hydro's water solenoid to run for max 2 minutes. Once the water level got low from triple sensor and then stay off for 10 minute min before being able to turn back on for 2 minutes. This is because if the power goes out it takes a little bit for my pump to level out the water in the tank and the Sump. This morning I got up and the warning said. Timer has exceeded the on time limit. How is this possible ? Here is a picture of the setup. Obviously have something wrong.

That is what will happen. If it runs for 2 minutes it will turn off and send an alert. The only way out is for the sensor to go wet or override the output. But it sounds like it is working correctly. Those settings are there to make sure it does not keep running and overfill. Also the maximum off time will just send an alert if setup if there is no top off for that amount of time.

I thought it would turn off for ten mintues then turn on for 2 until the triple sensor was wet.
It turns off and then does not turn back on period.

once off by hitting the maximum run time the sensor would have to go wet or you would have t override the output to on or off and back to auto. If you are not at the tank it might not be a good idea to override to on and then auto.

Why wouldn’t you just set it to turn off(close) when the triple sensor is wet? Maybe you can’t apply the triple sensor to it. I’m not sure because I don’t have one as I already had stand alone solenoids.
