Hydros WebApp dashboard won't load remotely.

I am away from home and trying to pull up my Hydros dashboard via the Web App. I'm using a Windows OS PC.
I can log on with my user / password, accept the terms of service, etc. then the screen enters a never ending "loading screen". I get a spinning ""wi-fi" symbol with "Connecting to your Device" and the left it shows "No Devices Selected" with the clownfish swimming in a circle.

If I pull it up on my phone app it works and if I use the web app on my Apple laptop it also works fine. Unfortunately, I don't have access to either of those options while I'm at work.

Has anyone else had the same issue and is there a fix? I have already had someone at home restart the Wi-Fi router at home thinking that maybe I had wifi issues and I have tried multiple times per day over the last few days. No luck, but as soon as I have access to my phone or laptop, I have zero issues.

I'd like to monitor/make changes from time to time while I'm at work if it's an option.

Seems like it might be something on your side. Maybe something on your works firewall?

Most definitely could be something on my end. Since I was able to log on and go through everything else I wasn't sure if it might be something else. I also have no issues logging onto my Neptune Fusion dashboard from the same PC although I realize that is a different system altogether.

I just tried the web app on my iPad using the normal browser and I also tried it with edge and both worked. I did have to sign some thing on edge but I have not used edge on the iPad to access it before.

Thanks! I'm also using EDGE but I just tried again and it isn't working. Must be something with the firewall here at work

The cloud server for Hydros is also on the Amazon servers. Could they have access to those blocked where you work? The app always accesses the controllers via the cloud server.

I'm going to do some more research and see if I can find out. Lucily, I don't NEED to access the app I just LIKE to.

It was just a thought since they do use the Amazon servers for the Hydros cloud.

yeah. I can load amazon for days. Its strange to me because it lets me log on, I can see all my account info using the three dots on the top right and going to my account but it will never load my collective on on the left. so I'm definitely logged into my account. Is there maybe something I need to do share it to a PC outside of my home PC? I wouldn't think so. the only thing I initially thought was because I'm not on the same wifi as my house maybe it wouldn't work

Have you tried Chrome or another browser? I work for the public sector and it's amazing how often I have to switch between Chrome and Edge to access different websites and download work files and there is absolutely no rhyme or reason for it🙃

I have not tried another browser yet. I have to find out if there are even other browsers available. It's a state PC so I can not download anything.
