I am away from home and trying to pull up my Hydros dashboard via the Web App. I'm using a Windows OS PC.
I can log on with my user / password, accept the terms of service, etc. then the screen enters a never ending "loading screen". I get a spinning ""wi-fi" symbol with "Connecting to your Device" and the left it shows "No Devices Selected" with the clownfish swimming in a circle.
If I pull it up on my phone app it works and if I use the web app on my Apple laptop it also works fine. Unfortunately, I don't have access to either of those options while I'm at work.
Has anyone else had the same issue and is there a fix? I have already had someone at home restart the Wi-Fi router at home thinking that maybe I had wifi issues and I have tried multiple times per day over the last few days. No luck, but as soon as I have access to my phone or laptop, I have zero issues.
I'd like to monitor/make changes from time to time while I'm at work if it's an option.
