I’m pretty sure these are dinos, just want to double check.

If these are dinos in my pics, what should I do to get rid of them? I was thinking dosing nitrate and phosphate but I don’t want to end up with other algae problems or over do it. Any tips? The bubbles do go away at night when my lights are off and they do come back when lights are on. I don’t wanna do a black out but if I have to I will. What do I do to prevent dinos from coming back if these are them?

Also, last time I tested two days ago, my nitrates were at 3ppm and phosphates were at .03 ppm using the Hanna phosphate checker. I have turned off my skimmer this whole week and have been feeding normally but idk if my levels are increasing due to feeding by itself. I have a filter roller in this system so that’s probably why my levels are very low

Suck some out with RO tubing into a container then shake it all up. Let it sit for half hour- if it all goes together in gooey looking clumps it's likely dinos, if it stays apart like random debris then its just some brown algae with cyano on it.
